VP of Emerging Growth and Founder

Vicki serves as VP of Emerging Growth where her role is to innovate and operationalize emerging growth strategies in the areas of Quantum Analytics and Q Cloud while accelerating the Company’s revenue and business scale.  With 25 years of retail business and technology experience, Vicki serves as part of the Company’s visionary team and as an expert to customers, prospects and industry stakeholders.

Vicki served as the Company’s CEO from 2009 through 2011, and has been a member of the Board of Directors for nine years.  Before co-founding Quantum, Vicki held executive positions in strategy, sales and business development and global services at Retek (now Oracle Retail) and has extensive experience in retail and retail strategy.

Vicki received an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
