With 24 years of retail business strategy and retail technology experience, Vicki’s proven leadership provides corporate strategy and operations direction for Quantum Retail. Vicki’s primary responsibility is oversight and execution of company strategy, operations, and finance. Prior to co-founding Quantum Retail, Vicki held executive positions in strategy, strategic alliances, sales and business development, services and customer support with Retek Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical software and services to the retail industry.
Morgan Day
Chief Technology Officer
With 16 years of deep technology architecture and retail solution development experience, Morgan provides technology and development direction for Quantum Retail. Prior to co-founding Quantum Retail, Morgan held senior level positions including vice-president, development and co-leader of Retek Services and was as one of the initial developers of the Retek application suite during his seven years at Retek Inc.
Chris Allan
Chief Strategy Officer
Working exclusively in the retail industry for the past 16 years has allowed Chris to work with a wide variety of leading retailers around the world. Cumulative learning from some of the world’s best apparel, hardlines, grocery and convenience retailers, has helped Chris define and shape the next generation of retail software solutions. At Quantum Retail Chris is responsible for product strategy and innovation with a combination of art and science.
Dr. Linda Whitaker
Chief Scientist
As one of the leading practitioners of retail science in the country, Linda provides the research, innovation and advanced science for Quantum Retail’s solutions. Prior to co-founding Quantum Retail, Linda spent the past 17 years developing optimization and scientific solutions for complex retail problems in replenishment, logistics, pricing, promotion and consumer behavior at Retek Inc. and HNC.
Mike Hrabe
Vice President Sales & Marketing
With over 20 years experience in technology sales and marketing management, including the last seven years focused on the retail industry, Mike leads Quantum Retail’s global sales and business development activities. Mike has held sales and sales management positions at Lawson Software and at Retek where he focused on retail demand planning and optimization solutions. Most recently, Mike led retail and business development activities at Sun Microsystems to successfully re-position Sun in the retail industry.
Wyndham Albery
Vice President Europe, Middle East and Africa
With over 20 years of global retail experience, Wyndham leads Quantum Retail’s European sales, marketing and business development. Prior to co-founding Quantum Retail, Wyndham held key leadership positions in the EMEA business group at Retek Inc. His experience includes the launch of Retek’s European Services Division and the start-up of a benefits-focused strategic consulting and business optimization practice. Wyndham has worked with leading retailers in the UK, USA, Germany, Holland, France, Portugal, Poland and South Africa.
